Up a whole lb today...not surprised by it though, was expecting water retention. Also, haven't been sleeping well...again. May take something to help me sleep tonight. I know nothing I ate should have had this effect, in fact I've cut things out the last few days because I wasn't that hungry.
Today I'm going to marinate some chicken tenders in Italian dressing to cook for dinner...probably with some veggies. Very tired today, so the less work it requires, the better. lol
