So on this journey sacrifices have been made. I have given up my sodas (diet and otherwise), my morning cranberry juice (probably added sugar and loads of fructose), and a beer / wine at night. Yes sacrifices have been made so as not to become Human Foie Gras.

A new craving has emerged as a worthy contender to any of the previous beverages. Puréed Whole Lemon, Apple Cider Vinegar, and Water topped to 24 oz. I look forward to it like a homemade Gatorade after sweating in a sweltering summer sun. Cool and refreshing, replenishing and nourishing my body. Truly a nectar of Mother Nature herself.

The fight continues albeit after another sip of my very special lemonade.
83.2 kg Lost so far: 20.6 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
