Sour cabbage leaves.. in England you can find it in eastern European, Arabic or Polish shops.
Can be wrapped in normal (sweet) cabbage too but I personally prefer sour.
It's great because it's one of those meals that you can cook in bulk, tastes equally good after defrosted and hearing up. You can play with different kinds of meat, or even make it with mince soya & mushrooms instead of meat..
