Wow, I suck at the moment and I am practically where i started when I first joined this website. The weather is warm and I am vowing to bring my running stuff to work so I have no excuse to do some exercise pretty much every day. Now to eliminate the alcohol and increase the healthy veggies and protein. Whats my problem?
