Wow, what a day...

GOOD: Got up in the early AM and went to the gym for early AM cardio.
BAD: Skipped my planned 1 hour weight lifting for tonight since I had to work late and was way too stressed out and frustrated.

GOOD: Proud of the quality of work I've put out even though it stressed me out to no end. My boss noticed and sent me a nice email.
BAD: I am too stressed out I could care less - I am concerned I won't survive long before I lose my sh*t... BUT hopefully I can stick it out with help of exercise and healthy eating.

Tomorrow is another get up at 4 am, get on 6 am flight, work till 5, then get home in 7 pm flight back. LONG, HARD, Stressful day with no time or opportunity for workout. Hopefully I won't blow it too much with diet/stress eating.

How did it all go? That's good news that your boss noticed, good for you! It pays off in some way all the hard work you are doing. Keep it up, you are dealing well and fighting the big stress as you are trying to exercise & control your food. Stay strong!
