Wow, what a day...
GOOD: Got up in the early AM and went to the gym for early AM cardio. BAD: Skipped my planned 1 hour weight lifting for tonight since I had to work late and was way too stressed out and frustrated.
GOOD: Proud of the quality of work I've put out even though it stressed me out to no end. My boss noticed and sent me a nice email. BAD: I am too stressed out I could care less - I am concerned I won't survive long before I lose my sh*t... BUT hopefully I can stick it out with help of exercise and healthy eating.
Tomorrow is another get up at 4 am, get on 6 am flight, work till 5, then get home in 7 pm flight back. LONG, HARD, Stressful day with no time or opportunity for workout. Hopefully I won't blow it too much with diet/stress eating.
