yay! i missed ya.xx ive just done the dumbest thing! made a new recipe cake while tea cooking, (while i had the oven on) excuse! i have my weigh day 2moro as well... just have to try and have only a tiny nibble to taste..

Oh, oh. Quick! invite people over to help you eat it.
I'm going to work out tonight for the first time in over a week (nearly 2) and then see whether I want to weigh in tomorrow. I would have done it this morning but I forgot to do it before my shower and I didn't want to have the water in my hair affect the result (lol).
