First of all happy 4th of July to all my American buddies :) I had a decent Canada Day weekend here, lots of movies, time with the family, and sleeping.
Did not sleep well last night. Tossed and turned till about 3:30 this morning. And then had to get up at 6:20...so far not too tired suprisingly. It will hit me later I am sure. Still not impressed with the no weight loss last week. Not going to let it make me go back, but man is that upsetting. I am not sure what I am doing wrong. Maybe it is around "that" time...I have no idea any more since I do not get one but still get some of the symptoms. There better be a loss this Sunday.
