Same weight as yesterday so it must be true.

QUESTION: What is the line of thinking on Wheat Dextrin (Benefiber) at the moment. Fiber good - yes, but does it have any negative impacts on gut biome, weight loss, or liver health? Mostly asking from a NAFLD / NASH perspective. References to information sources are welcomed.
