I am with you! I was glowingly on track & feeling good, also newly sober. then after my grandma passed tragically on a family vacation mid 2021 it’s taken me a long time to get back to this habit. But here we are today! Good luck ❤️💪

I lost my dad in September. Praying for you because I know it can be hard. That’s a great picture of you too. I started to try to get myself back on track a few weeks ago so hopefully we all can get back into the swing of things. Hang in there💕
