I was trying this other site and it seems to make anll this harder on tracking what you eat and how you exercise. Plus I fell off the wagon a little. I got back on been walking everyday and getting ready to challenge myself to do more. I lost 4 lbs just with walking now I am goingto add some Wii Fit and watching what I eat. I need to lose 40lbs by Oct I know I can do it if I try and stay on track.. Here we go
