Yesterday was a difficult day but I made it through without eating too excessively. I went out for lunch with work for our monthly payday meal out. I had a salad though I was really tempted by a veggie burger and chips. I went for an apple turnover rather than the fudge donut I really wanted with after work. I was going to the movies with a friend so she asked if I wanted to go to Pizza Hut beforehand. I resisted and made us both dinner which was quick to make and not too unhealthy. At the cinema the line for ice cream was huge so we weren’t even tempted to have snacks. A slightly positive net result for yesterday but it could have been much worst.
