For all of you who started a diet with the new year, keep going guys!! The first week is the toughest. And the most difficult parts of a diet is the « platforms pass » … those consecutives days that even if you work hard, nothing is moving on the scale. Don’t worry and keep on, eventually it start moving again for the best ;)
