Hello Everyone!! Well I made it through that horrible Atkins headache that you get when you basically take the sugar out of your diet, and it was really bad for three days!! However, this morning I feel great!! More energy and I slept so good last night. My heartburn seems to be gone and I know that weight is coming off (I snuck a peak at this scale this morning and I was down about 6 pounds since Monday) Alot of that is probably water, but it's gone now and I am happy!! I forgot how good it felt when eating right and exercising-funny thing how food seems to control everything-but that is getting better also!! Hope everyone has a great Thursday!!

Woo Hoo, that is a good sign that the headache is gone. Your body must be in ketosis(FAT Burning here you come!). You go girl! As you know induction is the hardest phase. once you can get past this you can do the rest. I am on atkins also. I am really enjoying my new eating habits, I eat better now than I ever have. I have been doing this by the book for 10 weeks now I am starting the 11th week now. Keep it up! :)

I had no idea. Yesterday was my first day on Atkins and I had a splitting headache. I never get headaches, so I was confused. I must have had more sugar in my system than I would have guessed.
