It's been so long since I have been on here I am greatful I remembered my login. At one point last year, I hit an alltime high of 222lbs..... I am at 180 and still SO FAR to go! I am going 10lb increment goals. I am officially a size 16 now. Up and down days.... sometimes I feel I have come so far and other days I do not feel as though I have progressed at all. Up'ed my steps from 6000/day to 7000 this weekend. Goal is to be at 10,000 steps daily by the end of the month.
