Pisang 100gr di hancurkan pakai garpu,
Oat di blender 100gr,
Telur 1 kocok pakai garpu bersama perisa vanila sedikit (1/2 sdt) dan Gula 8gr (kalau mau lebih manis bisa di tambahin atau pakai gula tropicana).
Stelah telur berbusa dan gula larut, masukkan pisang aduk rata lalu masukkan oat aduk rata.
Masukkan ke wadah yg tahan panas (aku pakai cup yg biasa dipakai salad buah)
Cup nya di oles minyak atau margarin sedikit, lalu kukus selama 25-30 menit.
