昨晚比前兩天早睡一點,雖然有提早醒了一下但很快又入睡至少有睡到六點醒,一樣下午餐後狂找零食吃😰鳳梨釋迦也多吃了一些只比第一天少一點😅 快過年了!要控制一點才有扣打🤔
