We went to see relatives on Sunday and we ended up having some bagels for lunch and great Chinese food with all of the negatives for dinner.
I guess it's what you'd call a cheat day. Was it worth it? Absolutely ... YOLO.
Today i went for a 5 Mike run and am back to doing OMAD.
I want to get 180 behind me and work my way down towards my 175 goal ( maybe beyond ... TBD ).
