I just don't know how to force my fat mouth to quit consuming garbage & cigarettes. I'm really sad, mad, disappointed and disgusted with myself. I guess I could start back by recording my food intake again, including all binges, and torture myself with that. ... which reminds me of a weightloss trick I learned: Keep a clothes pin at the fridge and pinch it on your ear each time you open the fridge mindlessly. Pain!
