going out for a meal next Thursday, and there is absolutely no way I will know the nutritional value of the meal I shall eat.
Because of this I won't be able to input it into my food diary, but I will eat sensibly.
I will also do a 3 day fast week that week to try to make up for it :)

Good luck for your meal out next week, hubby and I are going out tomorrow night, will be a challenge as ive dropped carbs down to 50 grams per day from today!! Gulp. Will be interesting to see how you get on

Well, that wasn't very good, last nights dinner out,I had rice with my meal ahhhhh! Nice though I must admit! Not going to jump on scales today and back on track this morning. Hope you are doing well this week xx
