Does anyone know what the maximum number of carbs (in grams) to eat a day?

Depends on the diet you're following. Carbs are not the enemy. Processed carbs in moderation yes. Eating in a calorie surplus is how we gain fat

Unfortunately I eat in a deficit every day. I can only manage 900 calories on a good day. I have breakfast, lunch and dinner. No snacks. NO PROCESSED Food. Can't eat fruit and have to watch fats. I know all the meds I'm on don't help either. I do aquarobics every day. I really want to just sit and cry.

It seems like your bodies metabolism has slowed down due to the extremely low calories. So your body is going to hold onto fat as your body probably sees itself in starvation mode. I'm really sorry to hear you're having such a rough time 😢😢 sending you lots of love
