Well my weight record does not look good thanks to recording it incorrectly on the 4 th July it should have said 262 Lbs I have actually lost 4lbs I wish you could delete a weigh in without mucking up the rest of it. Never mind my eating has settled back into a pattern now 3 meals a day lots of water and hardly any snacks.
I had a dream last night that Bread is the food of the Devil and that I should never touch it.
