A good weekend; food-wise. I guess that's what happens when you stay home and putter to your heart's content. I wanted to go out paddling with the dragon boat team but I missed the Saturday practice (dumb eye doctor - could he dawdle any more?) and there was none on Sunday. I got a good swim in and walked for hours on Saturday so I feel balanced. I think that sleeping full nights is also a hugely positive factor. I didn't push any late nights and slept soundly (no hubby at home right now). I keep trying to make early nights a priority but my 8:00 p.m. training sessions get in the way three nights a week and my reluctance to "waste" any of my weekend takes care of two more.
