I got my colour-change back! The worst part about gaining weight that you've lost is when your weight loss indicator bar goes back to its fat colour. Well maybe it's not the worst part but it like losing a prize that you've won.
Maybe my trip back to Canada shook something loose. Let's see if I can create a trend out of this one data point.

We're the some colour again! I'm trying to reduce my carbs to see how that works. Maybe I'll bet somewhere close to the 15-lbs-in-August.
