I ate ok yesterday until after work. Went out to dinner and was really bad. I ate cheese and 1 piece of rye bread on my chicken sandwich. After that we stopped for a couple cocktails. I knew I shouldn't and I had the angel on one shoulder and the devil on the other. I decided it was a much needed date night and went with it. I also realized that my pedometer doesn't work very well when I wear scrubs. I'll try wearing shorts underneath so I get a more accurate count. Oh well, today is a new day.
