30 lbs gained post op. Aside from my surgery, life happened, new job, new home, and everything else in between. Hence, i kinda let myself go. But today i am back! Will do my best to stay consistent this time, no matter what.
81.6 kg Lost so far: 14.0 kg.    Still to go: 13.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
