Last year I started my diet on FS July 9th. My goal was to weigh 216 lbs by Christmas. I realized that I’ve been just kind of floating around like a leaf in the wind lately so I’ll state my new goal. I want to weigh 200 lbs by July 9 th. With determination I know I can do it.
