Th3r3sa they are SO EASY! I can’t stand making pancakes the regular way now cause these are so much quicker and easier! They turned out great, a little crisper than I wanted but that’s my fault for not setting a timer lol. Plus I have almost the whole pan as leftovers which I froze and can pop in the oven or microwave any time I want a quick breakfast for the kiddos!
