Writing this now as I'm really tired and yawning my head off... HELLOOOOO beautiful FS Family, I've missed u all! I tried to keep coming back&stick in but after 10 funerals, all unexpected &random, suicide, childhood cancer etc I had to step away for a bit and sort myself out. My mental health was bad, physical not great and all my routines were out the door. So 2022 sucked great big pickled eggs! BUT I'm baaaacck! Last week I felt well enough to start my routines and this wk I'm back on here and back in the gym. I also had a bit of a 'spiritual awakening' last wkend that has opened my eyes to a few things and made me reshuffle my priorities. Its all about positive changes, living an authentic life, leading with love and being happy, life is too short! Drooped another couple of people out of my phone book&life too, realised I was holding on to the happy memories of them but in reality they are toxic so had to go. WeeG is gr8, doing well in school, mega tall, 11 in May, loving her weekly guitar lesson&expanding on her cheeky dead pan one liners!! Turbo is still trying to fit through things that his shell is too big for and my granddaughter...omg she's a bit of me haha bonkers! She will b 3 in a couple of wks, spitting is her latest trick and telling you to ssshhhhh...was back in gym today, first time in nearly 4mth ,went well, felt gr8 afterwards but shattered now! I've done 11,325 steps and 62 heart points, that's without me including the workout. Muscle machines today, no cardio yet, and I've stayed within my kcal. A good day, so glad to be back...goodnight all, much love 🙏❤️
