Lunch - lemonilo fried noodles with prawn and pokcoy
Dinner - mun tahu ayam
Snack - whey protein by fitlife rasa matcha, sunpride banana, apple rockit

😬 semangat, cuma beda 4 jam, jiayo setidaknya cuma 4 jam makannya, lah aku ni aja meal prep buat besok 😩

@Nset : iya malesnya meal preparenya, males masak juga wkwkwk Mikir bsk mau makan apa, nutrisinya gmn, takut kebanyakan karbo & fat, takut krg protein dll 🥹 Tapi gmn lg body skinny ala ciwi2 koreya dan sehat adalah goalku 🤣 Nanti makin tuir makin susah 🫣 Jiayou 💪🏻🤪
