Hi FS friends had a full knee replacement 3 weeks ago and oh my what pain Iv been in and still in but somehow managed to lose 10 lbs in that three weeks just felt so bad didn’t want to eat but got my appetite back and trying to achieve 2000 steps a day, not many I know but very painful and I know I have to move and get it working again . Hope everyone is okay 😊

There are times when we need to work with our body instead of pushing against.. 2000 is a good start! keep doing what you can and hopefully you will be fully recovered soon x

Congrats on your new knee. I had one about 10 years ago & having problems with other one now. Keep exercising the knee, without overdoing it. There’s a fine balance. I used a hydro pool, which was very beneficial. Good luck and remember your weight loss will help your new knee. 😀👍
