There are times when we need to work with our body instead of pushing against.. 2000 is a good start! keep doing what you can and hopefully you will be fully recovered soon x

Congrats on your new knee. I had one about 10 years ago & having problems with other one now.
Keep exercising the knee, without overdoing it. There’s a fine balance. I used a hydro pool, which was very beneficial.
Good luck and remember your weight loss will help your new knee.
