Not like usual. Ate a little too much in a couple of days and managed to keep some wweight off. Not very haapy with myself but thank God for His mercy.
84.2 kg Lost so far: 3.8 kg.    Still to go: 9.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
