I eat like 3 year old. I don’t like veggies except corn. And the only fruit I can stomach is apples but never cooked. I’ll eat salad, cheese, cottage cheese, eggs, meat, potatoes, rice and pasta. Is there anyone out there that can help with suggestions? Walking more, watching what I eat, and drinking a bunch of water trying to cut out soda. Can’t get weight off and getting frustrated.
