Day 3 of Intermittent Fasting. Not sure what time to start except around 11am nor when to stop but I try to stop eating around sunset. I have cut soda intake to a couple a week. Eating better foods. This is the first morning I have woken up without any swelling in months! I actually had to use the bathroom 4 times last night, which never ever happens. I am not convinced it has to do with dietary change this fast but I am definitely paying attention. Curious to see what I’ve lost in a week. 2 lbs in two days so far….I’ll take it!!
80.7 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 26.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Are you doing 168 or 1410? 168 means you eat during 8 hours and fasting for 16 hours. 1410 means you eat during 10 hours and fasting for 14 hours. Good luck 👍

I did 16/8 for my initial weight loss and it had a great impact on my success. I would stop eating by 7 pm, and not eat again until 11 am the next morning. I guess it really just cuts down on the calories I would have eaten for breakfast, but it certainly worked for me.

Thanks! I think I’m doing 16/8. Having trouble mtg my full amount of calories but I think that’s ok. Only shy by 300 or so. I’m not hungry at all until around 9am. One day at a time. Thanks for the encouragement!

I do intermittent fasting with a low carb diet. My last meal is around 9pm and my first meal is between 11am or 12pm. It has helped my digestive system allot. Your body gets used to it. Start slow and then add an hour every week until you are comfortable.

Oh also! If you eat simple carbs you will get hungry faster. I switched to complex carbs if I have any and I up my intake of protein. This keeps me full for a long time.
