5 days I was looking gorward to this soup. Today when I finally made it and dished up, my sense of smell decided that that's too stinky for us today :( Ended up having only few spoons, and making another toastie and orange.

Half onion, one potatoe, 200gr mushrooms, 60ish gr shitake, handful of cashews, miso. Used mushroom stock and some salt and pepper too. Hubby was happy that I didn't eat mine, he enjoyed it 😂

Yeah 😃 Today things went other way around. I normally hate curry, but today, lady behind me in the pub had curry and out of sudden it smelled sooo good that I had to order it 😂 My world is upside down at the moment 😂😂
