I feel great today! I took a rest day from the gym yesterday and then went in today and did 60 mins of cardio and 20 mins of weights. I feel awake and energized. I'm going to see the BF today so I have to get showered and packed but I just had to journal how awesome I feel!

Thanks to all of you! Had a great weekend - the BF was very impressed with how hard I've been working and says he can see a difference which means a lot to me.
