Because I fell asleep for 2hours after dinner time, I didn't get to sleep til just after 4am, got up at 8am wasn't up long and fell straight back asleep,woke up at around 2pm! Felt great! All happy,relaxed,cozy,9 hours?!!that's the most sleep I've had in years....means I'm still up now though🙃 no gym,no steps but started my EGCG green tea supplements yesterday and because I couldn't sleep, I was online ordering a weighted hula hoop inspired by our own JoPacy, actually can't wait to get a shot! Diet has been weird today, carb heavy and 300kcal over BUT I did put the 2nd doughnut back in the box and make a quick spicy lentil soup...topped with a tin of mackerel in tomato sauce...and no...I'm far too old and too celibate to be pregnant🤣WeeG popped in my room today to announce she wasn't having dinner she was only having crisps, doughnuts&trifle...that lassie is nuts! Wee Layla is doing great, medicine is working and she a lot better so not a bad day! I want to say that when I'm in a bad space, I shut myself in coz I don't want to burden ppl with my stuff but in reality I'm shutting ppl out and it's probably when I need them the most...so if any of ur loved ones r doing this, just love them harder&still check in anyway, they will thank u for it later,time spent with loves ones is so precious! much love my beautiful FS Family ❤️🙏
