Pasti bisa kak kalau misal nya 100gr protein setiap hari, kalau saya biasanya menuhi 120gr protein itu dari (sarapan tahu + 3-4butir putih telor) makan siang (lengkap musti ada lauk dada ayam 150-200gr + protein tambahan bsa tambah tahu/tempe) makan malam bsa dada ayam lagi atau tahu + 3-4 putih telor + 1 scoop whey kalau mau nyemil bsa tambah greek yoghurt
