I really like how easy this site makes tracking your food intake.
I've discovered a few hard truths. I drink green tea from Starbucks and I don't sweeten it. I found out, though, that the shaken tea has 130 calories. All from sugar. I am an unsweetened tea drinker and this was a huge disappointment to me.
I wonder how many other 'hidden' calories are in the food I accept from vendors?
Some amazing other discoveries - the regular chicken sandwich from chick fil a has fewer calories and carbs than any of their wraps.
It seems that the dietary advice out there is tremendously false. Another thing to keep in mind: A grilled cheese sandwich is a better choice than a salad wrap when you are simply counting calories in as a way to lose weight.
