Bahan :
90gr Cumi flower
3 siung bawang putih
1/4 bawang bombay
1/4 paprika merah
1/4 paprika hijau
1 daun bawang, iris
1 ruas jahe , geprek
3 sendok saos tomat
1 sendok saos tiram
1 lembar daun salam
1 batang sereh , geprek
5 ml minyak tropicana
Cara membuat :
Tumis jahe & daun salam terlebih dahulu agar wangi keluar dengan minyak, masukkan bawang putih , bawang bombay dan daun bawang sampai wangi, tambahkan air, masukkan paprika, garam, kaldu bubuk, saos tomat dan saos tiram , masukkan cumi flower.. masak hingga matang, tes rasa.
