Wuah brp lama kak prosesnya? Kl aku akhir januari 71 kg, skrg 66 kg (bln maret ini stuck di 66 kg krn mgkn pola makanku sering keluar jalur terutama setiap weekend🙈 tp ga papa yg penting kl hbs keluar jalur masuk lg kejalur yg bener 😁), aku olganya cm senam seminggu 2x kak, kl kaka olganya apa kak?
