I have successful done more than an hour of physical activity a day for five days in a row now! I haven't done that since high school! My body is kinda hating me for it, sure. It's not sore, just pooped. Exhausted.

Don't worry, body, tomorrow you get the day off (except for a possible walk in the sand of Lake Michigan's shoreline, but that won't be so bad). And maybe Saturday. I haven't decided whether I'm taking Saturday or Sunday off yet.

I'm just happy to be getting back into the swing of things!
