I'm finally starting to see results which has been encouraging. I started a new job since I began here. I'm constantly walking on my new job, but even with that I didn't drop weight until I changed the foods I was eating. On days off work, I sometimes let myself indulge in different foods, but I've mostly been sticking to my diet goals. I'm starting to feel better and more hopeful that I'll reach my goals.
