我覺得地瓜改成紫薯更好,紫薯熱量更低些…

謝謝告知喔,前幾天都吃紫薯,今天就換成黃金地瓜,口感不一樣~紫薯口感QQ紮實、黃金薯口感軟嫩甜味重😋😋😋…
