I did horribly this past week. I got to day three of doing fine and eating healthy and staying on track, then Monday came along and I did not care. Did not track anything I ate.

Then I figured out Friday (the day I weigh in), that it is girly time and I have a hard time putting down certain foods.

Anyone else have this problem?
85.7 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 24.9 kg.    Diet followed: Not Applicable.
