well didn't sleep well last night so I just watched tv until I passed out at about 7am this morning and just woke up at like 3pm. But I weighed in this morning and I'm at 186lbs and I started at 190 on 7/13/11, so that is 4lbs in 3 days, I'm loving Atkins so far, hope this keeps going!
