Sigh!!! One week on diet and I dropped 1.6 from the start on Wednesday. Before the cleanse, I was 179.6, so I am down 7.4. The goal is to be 170 or less by next Wednesday. I know I need to exercise, but it's just not happening right now. The L.A. Weight Loss plan has you losing two pounds a week..I guess I should be okay with 1.6. SIGH! It is so difficult to be good!!!! I think I am getting in the zone now, though. I hope that it will continue!!!
