Hello Sheshe see you’ve had a new knee. It’s one of th most painful things you can have done. I ‘ve had a hip and am due for my second one.Nothing in comparison with a knee.Weight off will help.I’ve also got around 20kilos to get off. I like your food choices. Well done girl. You’ve got a new friend here now

Thank you Oggicesole yes I have had my hip replaced and it was painful but not as painful as this knee replacement still in lots of pain but getting there I hope your hip operation goes smoothly 😊
