Starting to see small changes in my body and feeling generally good about the process. Minimal cravings, if any. My highlight so far has been realizing that I do still have my stubborn determination when I set my mind to it and so grateful that I have been able to tap into that and make some progress.
72.9 kg Lost so far: 5.1 kg.    Still to go: 17.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
