I worked out yesterday w my 15 pound dumbbells and a HIIT, walking only today.
I LOVE fried catfish! However, I really don’t eat fried foods from restaurants anymore as they typically use hydrogenated vegetable oils.
If I get a hankering for fried foods, I do it at home and use avocado oil.

I worked out yesterday. It was my leg squats & deadlift day with lots of reps so Saturday and Sunday are rest days for me!
