Saturday night curry... Chicken Chasni & basmati rice... NO! I haven't fallen off the wagon! The recipe from Dan Toombs book 'Curry Guy light' is great. only 320 cals + the rice. I think it's better than the curry house version because it's not so rich. Not my photo, lifted it from the recipe book. I was too busy eating to take a pic.
